LA CROSSE,WI (WXOW) - Drug dealing charges are pending against a La Crosse woman, prosecutors say dealt drugs while out on bond.
Tiffany Ellenbolt, 22, while on community monitoring, continued to sell drugs, according to Assistant District Attorney Jessica Skemp.
Ellenbolt was charged with selling cocaine earlier this year.
Judge Todd Bjerke, citing a probable cause statement, said in court the new charges involve possession with intent to deliver cocaine and ecstacy.
Besides the new allegations, Ellenbolt is jailed for missing several drug and alcohol tests as part of her release from jail. Judge Todd Bjerke set bail for her at $50,000 cash.
The new charges could come Wednesday according to Skemp.
