COON VALLEY, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Two people are taken to the hospital after a two car crash in Coon Valley Friday.
According to the Vernon County Sheriff's Department, James Netwall, 30, of La Crosse hit a car that turned into oncoming traffic. The car, driven by Carol Olson, 59, of Viroqua, was turning left at Central Avenue and Bothne Drive in Coon Valley.
Olson, and a passenger in Netwall's car, Tierza Flock, 13, of La Crosse, were both taken to Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse with non-life threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
