CHIPPEWA Falls, Wisconsin - Chippewa County has been asked to move a memorial to a fallen sheriff's deputy off public property.
The freedom from religion foundation says that since the memorial to Jason Zunker includes words of his religious faith it should be moved to private property.
The memorial sits outside the court-house.
