
MADISON, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A Wisconsin Dells man is indicted by a federal grand jury for making false statements to a La Crosse credit union on a loan application.
According to a release from the US Attorney's office in Madison, 37-year-old Trever J. Stefan was indicted Wednesday.
Stefan is accused of making false statements on documents submitted for a business loan to Community Credit Union in October, 2006.
An FBI investigation turned up the evidence to bring the charge against Stefan, who faces 30 years in prison if convicted.
