
If you wake up with a back-ache, you're not alone. According to the American Chiropractic Association, as many as 80-percent of the population will experience a back problem at some point during their life.
In our first "Fit Friday" report, we've got a couple of simple back exercises that you can do at home to stay walking tall and pain free.
Exercises performed:
Exercise Prescription: For the exercises listed above, do 2-3 sets of 8 - 12 repetitions or hold for 15-30 seconds. If you choose, these exercises can be done in succession or individually.
