MONTROSE, Wis. (AP) - A Madison man is identified as the victim of a motorcyle crash near the town of Montrose.
The Dane County Sheriff's Office says deputies found 60-year-old James Carratt lying on the highway about 5 p.m. Saturday. They say a Toyota Camry pulled into the path of his Honda motorcycle.
Carratt was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a helmet. The driver of the car was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
The crash is under investigation.
