Grace is the Director of Coulee Cap, Inc. and found her true calling in fighting issues of fairness, equality and injustice for the under-dog. She is dedicated to helping people help themselves.
The Third Chapter - Mary Kisken
The YWCA is blessed to have Mary start a new category for Tribute-who are very active in their retirement. After retiring from the La Crosse school district, Mary founded the reading program The World We Live In: a Peace Initiative with a Twist.
Social Justice - Ingrid Peterson
For the past 20 years, Ingrid has worked in the field of domestic violence and sexual assault. Her current role at UWL, as the Violence Prevention Specialist includes many leadership positions on committees both in the community and on campus.
Health - Dr. Silvana Richardson
As the Dean of the School of Nursing at Viterbo University, Silvana is a valuable mentor to many young nursing students. She also promotes cultural diversity within her job and in the community.
Education – Teacher - Barbara Schultz
Barbara has offered her calming influence to the La Crosse School District for 42 years. The list of awards and activities are endless, but Barbara’s main focus has always been putting the needs of the students first.

In Glena’s role as Dean of the College of Letters and Sciences at Viterbo University, her strength of leadership brings wonderful mentoring opportunities to both staff and students.
Young Woman of Tomorrow – High School -Amy Lee
hold leadership roles in several school organizations and is very dedicated to her Logan community. One of the many honors Amy has earned is student of the month every year at Logan!
Young Woman of Tomorrow – College - Bethany Zellmer
Bethany is a student at Viterbo University and brings a great deal of leadership to that campus. Bethany is very active with Diversity Awareness Project, White Privilege Conference, Riverfront, Social Work Club and the Women’s Clothes Closet.
Business/Organization - Options Clinic
Options Clinic is specifically focused on the needs and advancement of women. Their activities are responsive to women’s needs by protecting their health and fertility, encouraging education to empower women about their bodies.
