LAKELAND SHORES, Minn. (AP) - Washington County authorities have identified the victim of Tuesday's homicide in Lakeland Shores.
He's 37-year-old Juan Calvillo Bolanos of California. He's also known as Eduardo Escobar Felix.
He was found in the back of a 1997 white Dodge pickup truck, that is registered to 39-year-old Tirso Pineda of Washington state.
Washington County Sheriff's investigators are seeking the public's help in locating Pineda. Authorities say he's now considered a "person of interest" in this case.
The body was found early Tuesday in the small town of Lakeland Shores on the western shore of the St. Croix (Croy) River when a concerned resident flagged down a sheriff's deputy.
