LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW)- Two local elementary schools received a surprise donation from Wal-Mart.
20 teachers from the Hamilton Early Learning Center and Spence Elementary were chosen recipients for the Wal-Mart Teacher Reward program.
That means they will each receive a one hundred dollar give card.
Today, teachers at Hamilton received their gift cards as a surprise from two Onalaska Wal-Mart workers during their staff development session.
Teachers say it will help them purchase education supplies for their classroom.
