ONALASKA, Wisconsin (WXOW)-- A semi-rollover slowed traffic on I-90 west and temporarily closed an I-90 on ramp on Friday afternoon.
A semi carrying scrap metal was merging from Hwy 157 onto I-90 when it overturned on the on ramp.
The rollover left debris on I-90 and completely blocked the on ramp.
La Crosse County Emergency Services closed the I-90 on ramp for a majority of the afternoon it is now open.
