Buffalo County (Press Release) - At around 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, the Buffalo County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at a residence in the Town of Milton on Indian Creek Road, north of Fountain City.
The search warrant was the culmination of an ongoing drug investigation in conjunction with the La Crosse Police Department. In execution of the warrant with the assistance of the West Central Drug Task Force, the search produced what appears to be the largest drug arrest in Buffalo County history.

Associated with the above search warrant, these same drug enforcement agents along with the Fountain City Police Department arrested three people for their involvement in the case. Arrested at the residence on Indian Creek Road was Thomas Magnusson, 66, of Fountain City, who is charged with intent to deliver THC more than 10,000 grams, and maintain a property as a drug house. He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
