(WXOW)- The Illinois woman facing charges for the murder of a Tomah man will return voluntarily to Monroe County.
On Tuesday, 46-year old Tammy Cole waived her extradition rights in the death of Vance Evans in April.
Cole turned herself in to police in Boone County Illinois last week.
Monroe County District Attorney Daniel Cary says the sheriff's department is making arrangements to have her transported.
She should return in the next day or two.
A bond hearing is expected Thursday.
