SPARTA, Wisconsin (WXOW)-- It's day three of the Tammy Cole's trail in Monroe County.
Cole is charged with intentional homicide in connection with the death of 53-year old Vance Evans in Tomah last April.
Cole pleaded not guilty.
Testimony on Wednesday focused on identifying cell phone numbers and phone call logs. According to the criminal complaint, Evan's cell phone was found at the scene and investigators later identified a latent fingerprint on the device as Cole's.
The complaint also alleges that Evan's girlfriend, Mary McClain, received a phone call the night of the incident from an unidentified woman.
The woman told McClain she was going to shoot her dead.
Cole is back in court on Thursday.
She faces life in prison if convicted.
