For nearly 17 years, Debby Nickel has been in media sales in Wausau, Rice Lake and currently in La Crosse. Debby began her media career in 1995 at WAOW, an ABC affiliate, in Wausau WI. In 1999, Debby and her family moved to Rice Lake WI and she had the opportunity to be a sales account executive at a start up radio station that had immediate success in the market. Her family made another move in 2001 to La Crosse WI where she became part of the WXOW TV family.
Debby and her husband Mike have two children, Ben and Sam along with a yellow Labrador "Carlie" In her free time, Debby is actively involved in her children's athletic events that include baseball, basketball, and football. Debby enjoys boating, gardening, and spending time with her family and traveling.
