
TOMAH, Wisconsin (WXOW) - He says he can name a number of people who are more deserving of the July Jefferson Award. Although if you'd ask anyone else in Tomah, its likely Scott Nicol's name would be on the list of those who continually reach out and volunteer in a variety of ways.
Through fundraisers for Special Olympics, to helping people he's never met either locally or abroad, Nicol exemplifies what the phrase "giving back" really means.
