Jefferson Award Winner, Reinhard Mueller

SPARTA, Wisconsin (WXOW)  There are a number of changes in Sparta, Wisconsin you just might notice as you pass through or stay awhile. 

Those changes have something in common.  Volunteers.  People in that community who have given their time to make things better.  And those volunteers have something in common.  They know a man named Reinhard Mueller. 

Mueller is December's Jefferson Award winner. 

The award recognizes people who give of themselves and in the process, inspire others to do the same.
