Tomah, WI (WXOW) The Monroe County District Attorney's Office is expected to file a complaint January 24th or 25th against the man Tomah Police say was involved in a 7-hour stand-off Sunday.
Police arrested 22-year old Kenneth Roark of Missouri in connection with the case. He is in the Monroe County Jail.
Authorities responded to a complaint of an intoxicated man with a firearm at 2:30 in the morning Sunday at a Tomah motel.
Police say they ran into the suspect in a hallway, but he retreated to a room.
Officers established a perimeter at the motel and ultimately used chemical agents to force the suspect from the room.
No one was injured.
Roark has an adjourned initial appearance set for February 6th.
