La Crosse, WI (WXOW) The trial for Eric Koula was scheduled to begin April 16th but has been moved again. This time because of a conflict with the Judge.
According to District Attorney Tim Gruenke, the trial will be moved to April 11th and wrap up by May 2nd.
Koula is accused of killing his parents at their Barre Mills homes in May of 2010.
Prosecutors say he motive was to collect an inheritance and gain access to his parents assets to solve his money problems.
The trial was scheduled to begin the first week of December but was moved because the defense wanted more time to examine DNA evidence.
