LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A 66-year-old West Salem man has been arrested for his fifth drunk driving offense.

Rodney Bogusz was driving a vehicle entering Interstate 90 near mile marker 3 in La Crosse when his car ran off the roadway and came to rest on its side in the left traffic lane.

Bogusz was extricated from his vehicle and then taken to a local area hospital for observation.

Bogusz was arrested about 10:00 p.m. Sunday by the Wisconsin State Patrol Tomah Post. He is being charged with OWI-5th offense.
