La Crosse, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A guilty plea today for a La Crosse man accused of hiding a corpse.
59-year-old Patrick Valiquette is one of four people charged in connection with the discovery of a body in Red Cloud park in August. Prosecutors say they did it to avoid facing charges because the man died of a drug overdose.
Tuesday in court Valiquette plead guilty to hiding the corpse with intent to conceal a crime.
A sentencing date has not been set.
Cain Moss, his father Robert, and Christina Lorenz are also charged with hiding a corpse. They are set to appear in court in March.
