La Crosse, WISCONSIN (WXOW) This summer will mark the 10th anniversary for the La Crosse Loggers.
They unveiled some special plans for the upcoming season to commemorate the event.
Those announcements coming Thursday at the Northwoods League winter meetings at the Stoney Creek Inn.
Loggers fans will be asked to vote for an all-decade team on the teams website.
They're also offering some unique ticket packages and they expect to welcome their one-millionth fan sometime this summer.
"It doesn't seem that long ago. But here it is 10 years later we're getting ready to celebrate. To our knowledge there hasn't been a sports team in La Crosse that's been here this long. Certainly, it's a great tribute to our fans, supporters and sponsors to have Loggers baseball here for 10 years," said Loggers General Manager Chris Goodell.
The home opener is June 2nd at The Lumberyard.
