BEAVER DAM (WKOW) -- One person is dead after a group of snowmobilers crashed through the ice on Beaver Dam Lake.
The Dodge County Sheriff's Office says it was called to the lake around 6:30 p.m. Saturday night.
Officers say six people in all went under water. Several fire departments and the Department of Natural Resources were called out for the ice rescue.
Four people were taken to the hospital for treatment, where one was pronounced dead.
The names of those involved have not been released. Deputies say all victims ranged in age from teens to 40 years old. All were from the Beaver Dam area.
