What started out in a garage in Rockland is now a thriving business in West Salem... Beyer Cabinets craft custom residential and commercial cabinets.
In 1987 Jerry Beyer was looking for a new career. He decided to make custom cabinets out of his garage. Twenty five years later Beyer Cabinets now has an office, a wood mill, and two large workshops.
Beyer says that although they are a small company they will take on any challenge. "There's nothing more gratifying than when you put in a completed job, and you get to either talk with the customer in person or get that note back from them saying how happy they are with their product."
Beyer Cabinets now employs roughly twenty people, all who share Jerry's passion for custom cabinetry.
