City Council Meeting

La Crosse, Wisconsin (WXOW) - La Crosse's Committee of the Whole met Tuesday evening to officially close the City Administrator resolution.

The committee unanimously denied the measure.  This follows last week's vote that showed a majority of voters didn't want the position. 

In other news, there was also an ordinance to designate the alley between Pearl Street and Main Street as a pedestrian mall. The committee voted 12 to 2 in favor of the designation.

The Highways, Properties, and Utilities Committee also voted unanimously to name the property on 3601 Park Lane Drive Chad Erickson Memorial Park.

These items will now be presented to City Council for discussion and vote.
