
Dustin VoldenViroqua, WI (WXOW)-- In Viroqua five individuals were arrested in connection with an investigation for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
According to the Vernon County Sheriff's office, investigators and officers served a search warrant on a residence at S7588 State Highway 27 in the Township of Franklin.
Three individuals were arrested at the residence. Two others fled the scene but were arrested a few miles away.
The five individuals are: Dustin L. Volden, age 24 of Viroqua, Nicholas H. Smythe, age 24 of Viroqua, Jesse L. Anderson, age 26 of Mount Sterling, Ryan M. Volden, age 26 of Viroqua, and Jessica L. Neprud, age 32 of Viroqua.
All five were in court on Friday for a bond hearing. Anderson, Neprud, and both Voldens were released on $10,000 signature bonds. Nicholas Smythe was given a $1,000 cash bond.
Charges were not filed against them during the hearing. All five return to court April 30th.
