La Crosse, WI (WXOW)-- One of the democrats trying to unseat Governor Walker was in La Crosse Saturday. Speaking at UW-L, former Dane County executive Kathleen Falk, stressed her record for creating jobs.
Falk also says she would work with Wisconsin's unions, taking a swipe at Walker's decision to eliminate collective bargaining for most public workers.
Falk says she recognizes the governor has a large amount of campaign cash at his disposal but says she still likes her chances.
"It takes a big coalition to defeat Scott Walker and his $25 million, and my campaign has that coalition -- the labor groups, the women's groups, the environmental groups, they've all endorsed my campaign," Falk said.
The recall primaries are Tuesday. Falk is facing Milwaukee Mayor, Tom Barrett, State Senator Kathleen Vinehout and Secretary of State Doug La Follette in the democratic primary. The recall election is set for June 5.
