PLOVER (WXOW) -- Hundreds of cars lined up on the streets near a Plover gas station that was selling medium-grade gas for 37 cents a gallon.
The BP gas station advertising the cheap gas Monday had made a mistake. The gas station manager had to shut down the pumps and the police were called to keep people under control.
Surrounding streets were blocked because there were so many cars at the gas station.
Some unhappy customers were asked to file complaints with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
