Ashley Furniture sales up 12 percent

Arcadia (WQOW) - Here's a sign the economy may be improving: Ashley Furniture sales grew more than 12 percent last year.

According to the business newspaper "Furniture Today," Ashley's sales reached $2.6 billion.

That made Ashley Furniture, which is based in Arcadia, the top furniture retailer in the U.S. for the sixth year in a row.
