WAUKESHA (WKOW) – Governors across the country are keeping a close eye on Wisconsin's recall election.
Following South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley's announcement Wednesday that she will be traveling with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal appeared with Walker Thursday in the Milwaukee suburb of Waukesha.
Jindal says he was impressed when he heard Walker say making tough decisions is about the next generation, not the next election. He liked it so much he repeated the line for the Louisiana Legislature.
Gov. Jindal says Walker has done more in a short time than some governors do in their entire careers.
Walker faces a recall election June 5, in part for pushing a law eliminating many collective-bargaining rights for most public workers.
