WISCONSIN RAPIDS (WKOW) -- A Wisconsin Rapids man will be sentenced Tuesday after being convicted of stalking jurors who found him guilty of threatening judges.

Don Maier was found guilty of six counts of stalking.

During his sentencing at Wood County Circuit Court, he could receive up to three and a half years for each count.

WSAW-TV says the 50-year-old was convicted of sending threatening letters to jurors involved in the 2006 case.

Maier served two years in prison.
