LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Senate candidate Mark Neumann was in La Crosse Thursday to release his healthcare reform plan.
The 3 point Conservative Healthcare Reform Plan includes getting healthcare costs under control. The next is allowing insurance companies to operate across state lines and the third tort reform-a way to cap the maximum settlement so doctors can practice medicine without the fear of being sued.
Neumann met with the media at the Republican headquarters in La Crosse stating that President Obama's health plan is "costing businesses across the state. It's just destroying job opportunities so it needs to be repealed."
