
Whitehall, WI (WXOW) - A Galesville man is going to prison for a drunk driving crash that resulted in the death of his 19-year old brother.
A judge sentenced 31-year-old James Pederson to five years behind bars for homicide by intoxicated use a vehicle.
After prison, he will be under extended supervision for five years.
In November, Pederson was driving drunk on Highway 93 in Trempealeau county.
He hit a driveway, his car was airborne and then crashed in a field.
Pederson's 19-year-old brother was killed in the crash.
