Wisconsin Right To Life endorses Neumann for U.S. Senate

MADISON (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin Right to Life PAC has endorsed former Congressman Mark Neumann in the race for U.S. Senate.

Neumann is one of four Republicans that will be on the August 14 primary ballot.

The other GOP candidates are former Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson, State Assembly Speaker Jeff Fitzgerald and Eric Hovde, a hedge fund manager.

In a statement, Wisconsin Right to Life PAC writes of Neumann:  "When you ran for the U.S. Senate, you made the right-to-life issues the cornerstone of your campaign.  Since that time, you have been intimately involved with the right-to-life movement in which you so strongly believe."

The winner of the Republican primary will face Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin, the only Democrat in the race.
