
LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Changes have come for La Crosse residents and how they take care of their garbage.
The city modified their recycling and refuse regulations.
The major changes involve:
Public Works Director Dale Hexom says the goal of the changes is to improve the appearance of the city and to make people more responsible for the trash their generating.
The city is mailing out notices to residents to let them know about the changes.
