LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) -- Bryant Koscianski has been arrested and charged for 13 cases and 39 graffiti offenses, according to the La Crosse Police Department.
The offenses date back to October 2011.
Koscianksi is believed to be responsible for the Graffiti "SMEK" and "NRC" that was spray- painted in numerous locations around the city and in city parking ramps.
Koscianski is being charged in the City of La Crosse Municipal Court with 39 counts of graffiti for a total of $6,903 in fines.
During the execution of the search warrant June 28, the police confiscated over 150 cans of spray paint and observed a practice billboard in the backyard covered with graffiti.
At the time of the search warrant, Koscianski was arrested on bail jumping charges for being in possession of spray paint cans, which was a violation of his bond from previous graffiti charges that are currently pending in circuit court.
Koscianski is also facing felony charges in Minnesota from over $1,000,000 in graffiti damage that was done on railroad equipment within the city of La Crescent.
