Update: Two Caledonia residents face drug charges

Caledonia, MN (WXOW) - UPDATE: Two people are facing charges of suspected methamphetamine manufacturing at their home in Caledonia.

The Houston County Sheriff's Department arrested 35-year-old Jason Cole and 31-year-old Brianne Lenea Wood Thursday morning, at their mobile home on 1017 Sunrise Lane, in Caledonia.

Officials say they had been investigating the home for some time and Thursday morning they issued a search warrant.

Authorities say upon entry in the home, the meth lab was discovered.

The meth lab response team was called in to safely deactivate and dispose of the lab.

The Caledonia Fire Department and Ambulance were also at the scene for precautionary reasons.

Two minor children live at the home with Cole and Wood, officers say arrangements were made for them to stay with family.

CALEDONIA, Minnesota (WXOW) -- Two people are in custody after authorities discover a meth lab in a Caledonia, Minnesota home Thursday morning.

It happened at about 8 a.m. at a mobile home park on the corner of Washington and 5th Streets.

Caledonia police say they had been investigating the home for some time and Thursday they issued a search warrant.

Officials say upon entry in the home, the meth lab was discovered.

Police say two people were taken into custody.

No further information on the bust is being released at this time including the names of those in custody. 

Caledonia police say no one has been hurt or is in danger.
