Finalists Named in Police Chief Search

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) – Three candidates have been named as finalists for La Crosse's vacant Chief of Police position.

Interim Police Chief Robert Abraham, Onalaska Police Chief Jeffrey Trotnic, and Waukesha Captain of Police Ronald Tischer were chosen following interviews with six finalist candidates last week.

They will now each go through a second interview July 27th with La Crosse's Police and Fire Commission, the Human Resources Director and the Mayor.
