Marshfield Clinic lays off more than 100 employees

MARSHFIELD, Wisconsin (WXOW) -----  Marshfield Clinic announced Wednesday that it's in the process of laying off more than one hundred employees.

Clinic leaders say the cuts will be spread throughout their 50 plus locations. The Marshfield Clinic has more than eight-thousand employees across the state.  These layoffs are less than two percent of that work force.

The clinic's CEO says the cuts are currently in progress and that employees have either been told or already let go.
