More than 12,000 Packers shareholders got a first look at some improvements to Lambeau Field Tuesday.
Team officials say they're committed improving the Titletown experience.
David Coulthurst of Wausau made his first visit to Lambeau as a team owner.
"I was able to get a front row seat," he said.
The Wausau man can still remember the first time he saw a Packers game on TV.
"And I remember looking over the couch, probably standing on it because I was a toddler, and looking back and seeing Bart Starr run out of bounds on the TV," he said of his oldest childhood memory.
Coulthurst said now that he owns a piece of his favorite team, the stakes are higher than ever.
"Being a stockholder does make it more interesting...There's a little bit of responsibility with it."
Packers President Mark Murphy said Tuesday he is committed to improving the fan experience at Lambeau Field and shareholders got a first look at one of those upgrades, two new video boards.
"So when the referee at the game is goes underneath the hood and watches the replay, we're going to have up on the video board the exact plays that he's viewing," he said.
And fans said the view is impressive.
"I say they're outstanding," Joe Hively of Greenfield said. He's been driving to Packers shareholders meetings for 15 years and even inked a permanent tribute to the team on his arm.
"No pain at all. They could use a bigger needle and it wouldn't bother me," he said of his shareholders logo tattoo.
Mark Murphy said that's the kind of commitment fueling the organization's efforts.
"I like working for the 369,000 shareholders," he said. Many agree, he's on the right track.
