MILWAUKEE (WXOW) -- The trial was delayed for a former aide to Governor Scott Walker who is charged in the John Doe investigation in Milwaukee County.
Court records show Tim Russell's trial was moved from September to December because he got a new attorney.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the attorney is Russell's fifth since the case began.
Russell is charged with stealing money from a veterans fund and illegally campaigning on county time while he worked for then-Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker.
