Gundersen Lutheran's Wellness Expo

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) -  Gundersen Lutheran wants you to focus on your well being this weekend. Wellness Fest 2012 is tomorrow (8/4) from 9am-1pm at the La Crosse Center.

Jessica Boland, Gundersen Lutheran Wellness Education Specialist says, "When we think about wellness, wellness is our overall sense of well being. And there are seven dimensions of wellness, and we're just trying to encourage people to focus on having a balance of all the seven different dimensions of wellness in their life."

Admission is free, but Gundersen does ask that you please bring a non-perishable food item to donate. There's something for everybody, including: breakout sessions and displays on health topics, health screenings, demonstrations, a fashion show, shopping, and a kid's play area.
