
Galesville, WI (WXOW)-- A two-car accident injured eight people Saturday morning in Galesville.
According to the Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department, it happened on Highway 54 when a car, driven by 28-year-old Yeng Xiong crossed over the centerline into the path of an SUV.
Yeng had three passengers and the SUV had four occupants, including a 2-month-old and an 8-year-old.
Police say Galesville and Ettrick First Responders and the Galesville Fire Department assisted in extricating the eight individuals. Police believe all injuries are non-life threatening.
The accident is still under investigation.
