UW-Madison still ranked among top party schools

MADISON (WKOW) -- UW-Madison is maintaining its reputation as one of the nation's top party schools.

Newsweek and The Daily beast released their annual College Rankings 2012 lists.

UW-Madison ranked seventh in the "Top Party Colleges" category.

It was also number 17 in "Least Rigorous Colleges."

The website shows that category was determined partially by the SAT scores among students admitted.

The University of Central Florida earned the top spot for "Least Rigorous Colleges."

As for the top party school?

West Virginia walks away with the title.
