
La Crosse, WISCONSIN (WXOW) Bobby Juan set a team record with 6 runs batted in while leading La Crosse to a 17-2 romp over Wisconsin Tuesday night at the Lumberyard.
The Central grad had a 3-run double in the 3rd inning and followed that up with a 3-run home run in the 4th.
The Loggers score 9 runs in the 4th inning.
Jimmy Bosco rocked the Wisconsin Woodchucks with two home runs.
Bosco went 3-5 in the game with four RBIs and four runs scored.
Bosco homered in the fourth and eighth innings.
Josh Frye picked up the win for the La Crosse Loggers.
Frye pitched eight innings and allowed two earned runs, five hits and two walks while striking out three.
The Loggers lead Wisconsin by three games with 5 left in the regular season in the battle for home field advantage in the first round of the playoffs.
