Woman will go to trial for crash that killed her husband

Viroqua, WI (WXOW) - A DeSoto woman will go trial in a fatal car crash that killed her husband.

53-year-old Sharon Gray plead not guilty Wednesday in a Vernon county court room, to homicide by intoxicated use of vehicle

A Vernon county judge found enough evidence in the case for a trial.

In May police says Gray was drinking and driving in the Town of Wheatland when she lost control on a curve.

Her husband, Jason Gray was ejected from the car.

He later died of his injures.

Gray is back in court in September.
