MADISON, WI (WXOW) -- Businessman Eric Hovde has conceded the U.S. Senate race. He said he supports former Wisconsin governor Tommy Thompson.
Tuesday morning, Hovde voted in Madison before heading to Waukesha where he met with supporters at the Marriott Milwaukee West.
After voting in Madison, he went to Milwaukee to visit a diner and then spent some time preparing for his speech Tuesday night.
"I've liked where the momentum is, the surge is happening and I've been throughout the whole state yesterday. Started in Madison, La Crosse, Wausau, Green Bay...ended up in Waukesha County and really feel a lot of positive momentum," Hovde said.
