Milk truck tips in St. Charles

ST. CHARLES, Minnesota (WXOW) -- One man is injured in a rollover accident involving a milk truck near St. Charles Tuesday morning.

It happened just after 5 a.m. on Highway 14.

According to authorities, the driver of a milk truck, 26-year-old Joshua Jackson of Mazeppa, swerved to miss a deer.

Fire crews had to extricate him from the vehicle.

Jackson was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester with what are listed in a report from the Minnesota State Patrol as minor injuries.
