Pie auction benefits YWCA

LA CROSSE, WI (WXOW)—Local celebrities donated their time and talents to raise money for the YWCA'S 5th Annual Pie Auction at the Freight House Thursday night.

News 19's Heather Armstrong was one of community members who tried to raise dough for programs that benefit women and children in the Greater La Crosse area by trying to get people to bid on pies which are paired with other incentives to get the highest bid.

Along with her pies from International Bake Shop, Heather offered multiple goodies including a Heather's pie package that sold for $675.
