LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Local managed service provider, Locknet, will move from La Crosse to Onalaska as part of EO Johnson's purchase.

Effective Aug. 10, EO Johnson Office Technologies acquired Locknet, a company that offers network security and support programs to banks, credit unions and businesses in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Locknet's 23 La Crosse-based employees will move to EO Johnson's office in Onalaska by the beginning of September, according to Locknet President Peter Kujawa.

Plans are in the work to expand EO Johnson's Onalaska office an additional 6,000 square feet to accommodate the merge, he added.

All 32 of Locknet's employees will retain their jobs, and the company hopes to recruit new hires after the acquisition, Kujawa said.
