'Bean Challenge' program encourages kids to eat more vegetables

ONALASKA, Wisconsin (WXOW) - The word challenge can be used to get kids to eat their vegetables. 

That challenge is one goal of the Farm to School program here locally. 

Local Chef Thomas Sacksteder of Gundersen Lutheran came up with a unique way to spark the interest of children

He calls it the 'Bean Challenge'.
